ThinkGeek aims to bring out the kid in you with the Mario R/C Cars set , where it will bring the game of Mario Kart into the real world. Of course, don’t expect these tiny R/C vehicles to be able to participate on tarmac tracks, but you can race on top of a kitchen table (we would personally prefer it to be done on the floor since it is small enough to fit in the palm of your hand with the remote control as well!) – just make sure you don’t steer your car off the table! You can choose between Mario, Luigi, Bowser, and Yoshi, where they can all move forward and backward and turn left and right, while a “dash” button offers an extra burst of speed when you need it the most – guess this works only once per race?

With a whole lot of other computing equipment taking the wireless route, how about your phone charger? Well, ThinkGeek is offering the AirVolt Wireless Phone Charger which is going for $49.99 each, where all you need to do is slide your handset into the included receiver case, place it on the power tray and you’re good to go. It is as efficient as your standard charger, although it will definitely lose out to those quick chargers.

When it comes to iPhone and iPod accessories, ZAGG is one name that many people are familiar with, especially with the popular invisibleSHIELD and ZAGGaudio brands, but this time round they are offering something slightly different. It won’t protect your iPhone or iPod against knocks, drops and scratches, but it does something which most gadget-toting folks would appreciate – by virtue of it being ZAGGsparq, a portable lithium polymer battery system that can provide multiple charges for any personal electronic device as long as they are powered by a USB plug. As many frequent travelers can testify, you tend to run out of juice for your gadgets during the most inopportune of moments, especially when you just need to make that particular phone call only to have your phone die on you before the third ring is over
